Cancellation and Refunds

If you wish to cancel or change your order please contact our Sales Department by:

The order may already have been despatched. If so please return the parcel to our address making sure it is packed exactly as it was when you received it. Where your order is returned to us within 14 working days of your delivery, having notified us in writing or by email before doing so that you wish to cancel your order within this period, the invoice cost of your order will be reimbursed in full, except for any expenses we may have incurred specifically on your behalf and to your instruction for the original order, such as engraving which cannot be re-used. The foregoing is subject to the item/items being returned in the same condition as supplied to you.

Customer's statutory rights are unaffected.

Returns and Refund Policy for exchange items

Goods may be exchanged for alternative items should the item subsequently prove to be unsuitable for the purpose originally ordered ( such as there being fewer men winners and more lady winners than forecast), at which time the invoice cost of your order or returned item/items will be refunded on the same basis as for Cancellation. This would normally be subject to your order being returned within 14 days but under special circumstances this restriction may be waived if the date of your event is more than 14 days after our date of despatch (subject to the item/items being returned in the same condition as supplied to you).
