Lend Lease Group
Artist: Ellinor Atkinson
This leading international building, retail and residential property group commissioned a major bronze abstract figurative piece for each of the winners in its annual corporate 'Oscar' awards.
Over a period of 15 months the sculptor masterminded the design, sculpture, pattern making and metal letter cutting of this piece, constantly liaising with her client so they could have input at every stage.

Royal Army Dental Corps Dragon

Treasury Commemorative Plaque
Artist: Ellinor Atkinson
This bronze high relief of the Parliament Street façade of the building is hung in Her Majesty's Treasury and marks its official opening by the Rt Hon Gordon Brown in 2005.
The original high relief was made in styrene sheet and tube, metal fretwork and the figurative and column decorative work in clay. This part of the work took 120 hours to complete. The original text was cut into MDF on a board the size of the finished work. Both pieces were then cast by the wax investment process, the high relief work casting then fixed to the bronze backboard. A major work of its kind.

The 3 inch coin-style medallion was created from the 8 inch clay original using a 19th century scaling instrument called a pantograph at the Tower Mint.

The Mapperley Bull
Artist: Ellinor Atkinson
The anatomical accuracy of this presentation piece for the prestigious Mapperley Golf Club is down to the sculptor's attention to detail during a number of research visits to the local slaughterhouse.
A pedigree bull if ever there was one. The work is a perpetual trophy for juniors at the club.
